This is where it starts

Let’s talk

This isn’t about seeking more advice. It’s about finally stepping into what you know you’ve needed for a while now–relief. A space to feel heard, seen, and validated. And most of all, to take action. You matter, and it’s time to follow that instinct.

A woman with short blonde hair and pink nails looks at her reflection in a mirror, smiling with hands clasped near her face, in a room with a lush green wall background.

Fill out the form below and we can start there. I’ll personally connect with you and we can figure out what next steps we can take together.

  • Therapy is incredible, and it's not what I do. Therapy looks back to help you understand why you are the way you are. Coaching looks forward to help you decide what you're going to do about it. If you're ready to stop analyzing and start moving, coaching is your next step.

  • A mentor has walked the path you’re currently on and guides you based on their experience. A coach helps you find and trust your own path. I have life coaching certification, and I have experience. So I know how to ask the questions that help you hear yourself more clearly, and then we build from there.

  • Warm, empathetic, direct, and not fluffy. I'm not going to let you stay comfortable in a story that's keeping you stuck, but I'm also not going to push you somewhere you're not ready to go. Think of it as a safe place where honesty is the whole point.

  •  No. That's your decision, not mine. My job is to help you get clear enough about what you want that you can make that call yourself with confidence in lieu of fear.

  • You’ll get a questionnaire to begin our work together, so I get a little understanding of you prior to our first meeting. Then, I’ll guide you in our first session with some initial questions as we get to know each other, and I get to know who you are and where you want to go. After that, you’ll  bring whatever is most present for you, and we dig into it together . I don’t  come with agendas because I want you to learn to lean into your heart, but I’ll always have a place for us to go just in case.

  • Good news — no one ever does. Waiting until you feel ready is just another way of staying where you are. Reaching out is the first act of trusting yourself. Start there.
