The Homecoming
The founding cohort for the woman who's done trying to figure this all out on her own.
You’ve made it look like you’re fine, and that's a problem.
You've built a career and a life where everyone knows they can count on you, and many would want what it looks like you have. But underneath the mask, you've been going through the motions. Your battery's been depleted for years now. Someone asks how you’re doing and you say "fine," because what are you going to say? That you're dying inside? That you don't even know who you are anymore? That you've got nothing left to give, but you just keep doing more of that anyways?
You've played small to keep your seat at the table, mainly because you don't know who you'd be if you stopped playing the game. Once upon a time, you had a dream, a desire, a version of your life that you set down because it felt too selfish or too late. You stopped talking about it because the noise around it got unbearable. If you listened to it, you'd feel like you actually had to do something with it. And that meant taking action. And that feels too overwhelming with everything else going on.
If you just read that and something in your chest says “that’s me”, then keep going.
You weren’t told this…
You learned a long time ago that you’re strong enough to handle it on your own. And that asking for help takes more time and might even feel a little too vulnerable. So you go and try a little harder, listen to more podcasts, scroll to find inspiration, sit down and write in your journal, just so you can get it all figured out. And you’re still trying.
You've got the vision boards from 2019, the apps on your phone, the podcasts queued up. The Jen Sincero and Mel Robbins’ books sit on your nightstand as a reminder that you’re trying. Maybe you tried a retreat, and you felt amazing for two days, and then you came home and it disappeared. Your girlfriends love you, but they're standing right where you're standing. They can see where you’re at, but they can't lead, mainly because they're not ready to take the leap either.
You’ve convinced yourself that it’s not the right time. When the kids get older. When work slows down. When you figure out what you really want.
I see this repeatedly–not only do you have an overwhelming amount of pressure on you already, you’re now adding to it by trying to self-help your way out of this feeling.
Midlife isn’t meant to be a solo project. There are millions of women talking to each other about the same thing. The difference between you and them is that you’re ready to take action.
What You’ll Walk Away from The Homecoming with..
You’ll feel seen, heard and like you belong somewhere where people aren’t just talking about it, they’re taking action toward a new way of doing and being. The women in this room will not only witness you, they’ll let themselves be witnessed by you.
You’ll get clear on where you’re stuck, why you’re stuck, and you’ll walk out of these 9 weeks with a clear action plan for your next steps toward a life that feels more aligned.
The week before we start. The kickoff call.
We meet each other, you share why you joined, and I set the stage. This preps us for the next 9 weeks together as a community.
Week 1. Workshop one. Truth Talk.
This is the first of three workshops across the 9 weeks. It’s a 90-minute interactive workshop that allows you to dream, get clear on your values, get clear on what’s driving you in this next chapter, and then begin to explore your dreams openly and honestly. All workshops are interactive.
Weeks 2 & 3: Your pod meets.
We split into two smaller groups for more intimate support. You'll come to the call with whatever's tugging at your heart, and we'll work through it together. You’re in the driver's seat, bringing what's on your mind, listening to the other women, and watching real coaching happen in real time.
Week 4. Workshop two. The stories that keep us small.
This is where you bring up the fears holding you back. We walk through where you learned those stories, and we get clear on where they actually belong. Are they yours, or did someone else hand them to you? This work matters, because no matter how far along you get, these fears will keep rearing their ugly head if you don't come to terms with them and put them to rest.
Week 5 & 6: Your small pod meets on one of these weeks.
Week 7. Workshop three. The action plan.
This is where we bridge your heart to a strategy. This is where we begin to create actionable steps to get you from where you’re sitting to where you want to be.
Week 8 & 9: Your small pod meets.
The focus for these sessions are your action plans to ensure you’re ready to make the move once our time together is completed.
And within these 9 weeks, there’s time for just you and me.
A 75-minute private session, booked when you want it along the way. You can book it at the start, in the middle, or toward the end. You choose based on what you feel you need.
From those I’ve served…
Who’s this for and who it isn’t for
This is for you if:
You’re depleted, burned out, and can’t begin to think about what else is out there for you.
You’ve been grasping to find ways to support yourself, but you know it’s not enough to get you to where you want to be
You’re done playing small with your life, and you’re not exactly sure what’s next, but you’re ready to at least try and figure it out.
You want to be in a space with other women who know what you’re navigating right now, and you want to feel seen for where you’re at and know you’re not alone
You know that you can learn from others’ experiences and you enjoy listening to see how their story might be your story
You’re in the middle of your life and you know it’s not going to be a quiet 15-20 years if you don’t do something now.
This isn’t for you if:
You think nine weeks is going to be a guarantee of transforming the last three decades of your life.
You want someone to come in and fix you without doing the deep and thoughtful work of figuring out how you got yourself here.
You're not willing to be open and honest with me or the group, but mostly with yourself.
You know you work better one on one, where the attention is all yours.
About me.
I'm Renee
and I've burned my life down twice. (I actually laugh when I read that to myself out loud)
In 2018, I sold it all to move to Mexico for a year. There wasn’t a plan other than walking through life without a title attached to me. For the first time in two decades, I was able to sit with myself and had to figure out who I was beyond what I did and what everyone else thought of me. It was the next phase of learning to love all of me.
A year after I returned, life met me, and I met the man I'd marry at 49. I wasn’t looking, but I stopped hiding. And that's when things start finding their way to you. When you stop performing and let yourself be where you actually are.
In 2022, I left my 25-year career in education and the six-figure salary that came with it, and this time I knew I wasn't coming back. I'd already tried to leave once. I knew this time had to be different, at all costs. But here’s what I know now that I didn’t know then— I didn't have any sense of clarity of what was next before I left. And now this is what I do with every woman I coach. I walked the long way around so the women I work with don't have to.
That's what we're doing in The Homecoming. I'm not handing you theory. I'm handing you the road I already walked.
The details.
We start the week of July 20, 2026 and end the week of September 14th.
Nine weeks together. Three 90-minute workshops, three rounds of pod coaching in your small group, your private 75-minute session with me booked anywhere in the nine weeks, plus the kickoff to start us off.
Up to ten women.
The investment.
$555. Single payment. Founding cohort price.
This is the only time this price exists. The next cohort, and every cohort after, will be higher. And should this grow bigger where a community platform exists, the founding 10 will also have free lifetime access.
The founding cohort bonus.
The first five women accepted into the cohort will receive a personalized Human Design report from me, written for you. It's a window into how you're built to operate, where you've been working against yourself, and how to come home to your real design. I've made these for clients for years, and I'm including one with the first five seats because the women who say yes fastest deserve a fast yes back.
If you know it's a yes, then let’s go.
Why this matters now.
I'm being honest with you. This is the founding cohort, and it's small on purpose. I'm not chasing ten seats. I'm calling in the right women, however many that ends up being, so I can walk this first round with the women who are meant to be in it. If you've been waiting for an entry point, this is the one.
The application is real. I'm reading every one personally, and I'm getting on a call with every woman before either of us decides anything. This is a two-way yes.
You already know the days keep getting shorter. You already know you're the one who hasn't been giving this to yourself. You don't need another year of head down, push through, it's fine.
You need a way back. And you don't have to walk it alone.
Let's walk each other home.
P.S. If you read all the way down here, that’s not nothing. That’s searching for answers. That's the part of you that's been waiting. Listen to her.
FAQs
-
Workshops will be recorded so you can revisit them. Group coaching calls will not, for the privacy of the other women in the room.
-
Yes. Part of being in the founding cohort means sharing honest feedback as we go and after we close. Your voice will shape what The Homecoming becomes for the women who come after you. It's not extra work, it's part of what your seat in the founding cohort buys you, and what you get to give back.
-
No. Once you're in, you're in. Spots are limited, so make sure that when you submit payment, you’re committed.
-
I'm gathering that information as applications come in, so I can find a time that works for as many women as possible. You'll know the schedule before you commit.
-
Yes. If you want to get the most out of this, you can't sit on the sidelines. You'll need to be an active participant and be willing to let the other women hear your story too. That's how the room works.
-
There are no guarantees, but we'll set expectations clearly before our first call together. What's said here, stays here. Everyone signs onto that, and it's a non-negotiable.
-
You'll have access to the workshop recordings. The pod calls aren't recorded, so if you miss one, you miss it. I'd ask you to commit to showing up to as many as you possibly can, because the group only works when the room is whole.
-
The founding cohort price is $555 as a single payment. If that's a real obstacle for you, mention it on the application and we'll talk on our call.
-
That's what the application and the conversation are for. We'll both know after we talk. This is a two-way yes.
-
The kind of woman who's done playing small and is finally ready to do something about it. I'm choosing every woman who comes into this room personally, which means you can trust the company you'll be keeping.
-
You'll leave with your action plan and the room of women you've walked this with. If you want to keep working with me one on one to go deeper, we can talk about my private container. You're not required to do anything after this. The nine weeks stand on their own.
