The Homecoming

A seven-week cohort for women who are ready to reconnect with the woman beneath the titles, expectations, and roles they've carried for so long, and they know they don’t want to do it alone.
A woman with short blonde hair smiling, wearing a red and white patterned sweater, denim overalls, and large hoop earrings, standing outdoors with a blurred city background.

This isn't about becoming someone entirely new…

It's about giving yourself permission to choose yourself without guilt, trust what's calling you forward, and create a life that catches up to who you've become.

Imagine 90 days from now…

You wake up excited for the day ahead instead of reaching for your phone and immediately feeling the weight of everything waiting for you.

Decisions become easier because you’re no longer asking what everyone else thinks.

The conversation you've been rehearsing in your head for years finally happens and instead of replaying it all night, you feel relieved that you finally spoke your truth.

Wanting something more or different no longer feels like something you have to apologize for.

"No" becomes a complete sentence. The guilt that used to linger for days begins to disappear, and little by little, you stop carrying responsibility for everyone else's happiness.

The heaviness you've been carrying begins to lift. You laugh more. You sleep through the night. You catch yourself humming while you're making your morning coffee.

You walk into rooms without shrinking yourself to make everyone else comfortable. And for the first time in a long time, your worth isn't determined by whether everyone else can see it, because you finally can.

If that woman feels far away right now, I want you to know something…

She isn't gone.

You’ve just spent years becoming who everyone else needed you to be. Years organizing your life around everyone’s expectations. Years putting your dreams on hold because someone else's felt more urgent.

From the outside, you've done everything right.

You have the career. The title. The family. The life people admire.
And you do have a beautiful life. But there's another part that's also true…

The career that once energized you begins to drain you. The success you worked so hard to build no longer feels like enough. And the routines that once gave you stability begin to feel like they're keeping you stuck.

You’ve grown beyond the life you’ve built for an earlier version of yourself, and there's a version of you that hasn't had her turn yet.

So you stay busy because slowing down might force you to admit that something inside you has changed. But the voice that’s asking, "Is this really the life I want to keep living?”  feels louder than it used to.

You're not the problem, sister. And you need to know you're not alone.

You've just spent so many years making room for everyone else that there hasn't been much space left for the woman you’ve become.

Client Testimonials

  • For too many years, the number of deep breaths my body allowed me to take were few. I felt like the world was swallowing me whole and then spitting me out. I knew something had to change, I felt stuck..That’s when I found Renee. My fear of failure and need for control turned life into a relentless checklist where I was always last. Renee guided me through to calm my nervous system, become more present, and rediscover self-love. Since working with Renee, I feel empowered and like I’m in the driver’s seat

  • I'm thankful for how you are helping me see myself. I've always believed I'm meant for some really good things in this world. The good things don't always come in big, big ways, sometimes they come in those micro moments. I'm not one of those rah-rah cheerleader yay kind of types. But I am very thankful for you.

  • Renee has a remarkable ability to sit with you in your truth, helping you uncover the value in your current circumstances and revealing your true purpose. During difficult times, her support is invaluable, as she helps you find hope and walk with love and abundance, dispelling any false narratives.

When these seven weeks come to an end…

  • You're no longer waiting for permission to prioritize YOU

  • You trust your own voice more than everyone else's opinion

  • You stop abandoning yourself in hard conversations

  • You stop putting off your dreams until someday

  • You stop operating from fear and scarcity

  • You rest without feeling anxiety and pressure to do more

  • You make decisions that feel true, even when they're uncomfortable

  • You have women in your corner who remind you who you are on the days you forget

And perhaps for the first time in a long time…

You start living a life that you don’t need an escape from.

And this is why I built The Homecoming.

Somewhere in midlife, women realize they've outgrown the version of themselves that spent decades putting everyone else first. They're finally ready to love themselves enough to take up space in their own lives.

And the truth is, we can do it alone. But we shouldn’t have to…

Because after years of seeing yourself through everyone else's expectations, there are parts of you that are almost impossible to see on your own, and sometimes you need another woman to reflect back who you really are. There's something powerful that happens when you're surrounded by powerful women who are asking the same questions you are.

Their courage becomes contagious. Their stories become mirrors. And suddenly you realize you're not crazy, you're not selfish, and you're certainly not alone.

♥︎ September 15th is the kick off call

Transformation happens because you're willing to do the work (with the right support, the right questions, and women who are walking beside you.) This is where it all begins.

We'll meet each other, you'll share what brought you here, and together we'll create the foundation for the next seven weeks. More than anything, this is about realizing you're walking into a room full of women who understand exactly why you're here and that you're no longer doing this alone.

♥︎ Week 1. (Sept 19th) Workshop one. The Woman Beneath the Expectations.

Our first 90-minute workshop is about reconnecting with you.

Together, we'll uncover your core values, explore the woman you've become, and begin painting a vision for this next chapter of your life. You'll leave with clarity around what truly matters to you, and three powerful questions that will guide everything we do over the next seven weeks.

♥︎ Week 2: Your Pod Gathering

Sometimes the deepest breakthroughs happen in smaller rooms. Come with whatever is on your heart: a difficult conversation, a dream you've been talking yourself out of, a question you can't seem to answer. We'll work through it together.

♥︎ Week 3. (Oct. 3rd) Workshop two. The Stories That Have Been Writing Your Life.

This is where we put the dream you've been avoiding in the center of the room. Together, we'll uncover the fears, beliefs, and inherited stories that have kept you playing smaller than your heart desires. You'll begin separating what's truly yours from the expectations, conditioning, and fears you've been carrying for years.

♥︎ Week 4: Your Pod Gathering

This week is about integration. We'll celebrate what's shifting, untangle what's still feeling hard, and support one another as you begin taking real steps toward the life you've been longing for.

♥︎ Week 5. (Oct. 17th) Workshop three. Building a Life that Fits the Woman You’ve Become

By now, you'll have a much clearer picture of what you want out of this life. Now it's time to turn that clarity into action. Together we'll create a roadmap that feels realistic, aligned, and deeply personal… one that helps you move forward with confidence instead of waiting for the "perfect time."

♥︎ Week 6: Your Pod Gathering

This week we focus on momentum. You'll share your action plan, receive support around what's coming next, and leave feeling encouraged, accountable, and surrounded by women who are cheering you on.

♥︎ Week 7: (Oct. 27th) Celebration & Homecoming

This is a chance to pause and recognize how much has shifted in seven short weeks. Together we'll reflect on who you were when you arrived, celebrate the woman you're leaving as, and speak out loud what you're committed to creating next. Because something powerful happens when we witness each other's next chapter.

♥︎ And in between all of this, there’s time for just you and me.

Alongside our group work, you'll receive a 75-minute one-on-one coaching session with me. Use it at the beginning if you're craving clarity. In the middle if something unexpected comes up. Or at the end, when you're ready to map out what's next.

The timing is completely up to you, because this journey isn't one-size-fits-all!

The Schedule

Is The Homecoming for you?

This is for you if:

  • You’ve built a beautiful life, and still can't shake the feeling that you’re meant for something more.

  • You’ve spent decades showing up for everyone else, only to realize there's a version of yourself that hasn't had her turn yet.

  • You’ve had the same conversation with yourself a hundred times, but still haven’t moved. Instead, you’ve spent more time researching your next step than actually taking it.

  • Everyone else comes to you for advice because they know how capable you are. But when it comes to your own life, you second-guess every decision and desire.

  • Your Notes app is full of dreams but your calendar is full of everyone else's priorities. You know there's a new chapter waiting for you and you’re done waiting for permission to step into it.

  • You know there's wisdom in hearing someone else's story because you understand that sometimes another woman's journey becomes the mirror that helps you see your own. You’ve tried to figure it all out on your own, but you’re craving a room full of women who get it.

  • You’ve read every book, listened to every podcast, saved every inspirational quote... and you know it's finally time to do something different, outside your comfort zone.

This isn’t for you if:

  • You're looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do without doing the inner work of figuring out what you actually want.

  • You want a quick fix. Seven weeks can absolutely change the trajectory of your life, but lasting transformation happens because you're willing to show up for yourself long after our time together ends.

  • You're not open to being vulnerable and radically honest with me, with the other women in the room, and with yourself. The depth of this experience will always be connected to the depth you're willing to bring to it.

  • You know you thrive best in one-on-one coaching and you aren't excited by the idea of learning through the experiences, reflections, and breakthroughs of other women.

  • You're waiting for someone else to give you permission to change your life. My role isn't to hand you permission. It's to help you trust the permission that's already been waiting inside you.

Meet Renée

There was a season of my life when I realized something that completely changed the course of my life forever: The life I'd worked so hard to build no longer fit the woman I'd become.

From the outside, everything about my life looked successful. I'd spent 25 years building a career in education. I had the title, the stability, the achievements, and the life I'd worked incredibly hard to create.

But deep down, I knew I'd outgrown it. I was grateful for my life, but I could no longer ignore the quiet voice asking if there was something else out there for me.

So I sold everything and moved to Mexico. I wanted to know who I was without the titles I'd spent decades collecting. And for the first time in my adult life, I had to sit with myself.

That season taught me something I'll never forget: the hardest part wasn't leaving my old life. It was having the courage to stop living from a version of myself I'd outgrown.

So I walked away from my 25-year career in education, the six-figure salary, and I built a business devoted to helping women navigate the same transitions I had lived through.

Over the last three years, I've had the privilege of supporting more than 100 women (and a handful of men) through career transitions, relationship changes, identity shifts, and the beautifully messy process of building lives that finally reflect who they've become.

No matter what brought them to me, I've heard the same words over and over again: "I'm stuck."

That's why I created The Homecoming.

Because I know what it feels like to wake up one day and realize the life you've built no longer fits. I know what it's like to wonder if you should just keep going because that’s what everyone else tells you is safe.

And I know what's possible when you finally stop living from fear and start living from self-trust.

I won't hand you a blueprint for your life, but I will ask the questions that help you hear your own answers. I'll challenge the stories that have kept you small. And I'll walk beside you while you build a life that finally reflects the woman you've become.

Home isn’t somewhere else. It’s centered exactly where you are.
