The Truth

This is for the woman who's spent years becoming who everyone else needed her to be.

You've known for a while now that something feels off. You feel off.

Anyone looking in on your life wouldn’t think anything was wrong. You've checked a lot of boxes on the train to success–degree, title, salary, house, car—all of it.

But there’s a restlessness in you that’s challenging you right now, a resentment you can't quite point to, a grief that shows up because you know just how long you’ve gone feeling like this without having the answers on what’s next.

You’re asking yourself if this is it or wondering if there can be more. You’re clear that there are people who would trade places with you in a heartbeat, but you don’t care.

You know something’s missing.

You’re not broken, but you’re lost. You’ve spent so long being everything to everyone else, you’ve forgotten who you are underneath it all.

You became the one everyone depends on, the one who figures it out, the one who carries the weight and keeps moving no matter what, and while everyone else got the benefit of that version of you, you're the one who paid for it.

Your needs became negotiable, your wants got pushed to the back of the line, and your truth became the thing you only listened to after everyone else had already been taken care of.

You already know it's time. That's why you're here.

And that's where we begin, with you.

Who I Work With

I work with a small number of women at a time on purpose.

When a woman trusts me with the parts of herself she's spent years hiding, or pretending aren't there, I want her to have my full attention.

The women who find me are rarely looking for someone to tell them what to do. They've spent their entire lives figuring things out and doing a damn good job at it.

They're ready to stop showing up for everyone else and start showing up for themselves.

That's the work we do together.

The Work Together

6 Sessions

Session 1 — Getting Honest with Yourself
Putting it all out there. Sharing where you’re stuck in any area of your life, and naming the cost you’ve already paid for a while now and what it will cost you if you continue down this path.

Session 2 — The Portrait of Future You
Getting clear on who you want to be–how does she show up for herself daily? How does she show up for others? What does she act like in any given circumstance?

Session 3 — The Gaps and the Stories
Identifying what's standing between who you are now and who you want to be, the stories you've been carrying, the rules you've been living by, the places you keep yourself small.

Session 4 — The Soul Work
Who did you come here to be, and what's kept you from her? This is where we go the deepest, tracing the patterns back to their origin and doing the identity work that makes everything else possible. A Human Design or WHY report is designed to give you the clearest language for who you actually are at your core–your purpose and who you came here to be.

Session 5 — Visualizing and Building

We look at every area of your life and get specific about what you want each one to look like, then build the concrete steps to start moving toward it. This is the bridge between the foundation we’ve created in sessions 1-4 and our session 6.

Session 6 — Your Roadmap
We close the loop. A before and after snapshot of who you were and who you are, your named patterns and what you do when they show up, your action steps by life area, and an introspective look at where you feel strong and where you might still want support.

6 Sessions | $2,222 | Up to 10 weeks

This is my truth speaking as a coach.  We're not going to unravel decades of programming in six sessions. I wish I could tell you we could, but we won't.

What we will do is uncover the truth, the truth about who you've become and how you got here, what feels like yours to carry and what was handed to you a long time ago, and what you actually want underneath all of it.

You'll start this work carrying a thousand questions and a lot of weight, and you'll leave knowing what needs to change and feel a sense of lightness and clarity.

You'll understand the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, you'll know which conversations need to happen and where boundaries need to be set, and you'll have a clear picture of what your next steps are. More than that, you'll have already started taking them.

Will everything be figured out? I highly doubt it. But you won't be living your life from exhaustion anymore. You'll be building it from truth, and you’ll leave with learning how to trust your heart moving forward.

You’ve always had the answers. You’ve just needed to quiet your mind long enough to hear them. And that’s what this work together does.

Payment in full, but please reach out if you need support with this.

What Happens After The Truth?

For some women, The Truth is enough. They leave with clarity, direction, and a connection to themselves they didn't have six sessions ago, and that's exactly what they needed.

For others, The Truth is the beginning, because knowing what's true and building a life around what's true are two very different things.

  • It's one thing to realize you've been abandoning yourself, and it's another thing to stop doing it.

  • It's one thing to know the boundary needs to be set, and it's another thing to hold it when someone doesn't like it.

  • It's one thing to know the conversation needs to happen, and it's another thing to actually have it.

If you already know you'd like support beyond The Truth, you have the option of continuing into The Walk, either from the beginning or once you've completed the first six sessions.

The Walk

4 Additional Sessions | $1,444 | Up to 8 weeks

This is flexible for you based on your needs, but by the time you get here, you know who you are, you know who you want to be, and you have a roadmap in your hands for how to get there.

The Walk isn't about introducing anything new. It's about having someone in your corner while you actually live it out. Maybe it’s exiting a relationship you’ve been in or even your career, or you’re beginning to think about building a business.

These 4 sessions start where we left off in The Truth and your roadmap to action.

You lead. I listen, I reflect, and I guide you to where you want to go and remind you that you have more of the answers than you think you do.

This is where the work stops being something we do together in a room and starts being something you do in your actual life, with me beside you for the parts where you need a thought partner who already knows your whole story.

Investment: $1,444

Payment in full.

Available as an add-on to The Truth from the start or after the 6 sessions.

THIS WORK’S FOR YOU IF

  • You're tired of giving everyone else the best of you and living off whatever's left.

  • You know something has to change but you have no idea where to even start.

  • You're willing to look honestly at yourself and your own patterns instead of making everyone else the problem.

  • You're ready to stop abandoning yourself just to keep the peace.

  • You're ready to take responsibility for building a life that actually feels like yours.

  • Most of all, you're ready to tell yourself the truth.

THIS ISN’T FOR YOU IF

  • You're looking for a quick fix.

  • You want someone to just tell you what to do.

  • You're not willing to question the stories and the identity you've spent years building your life around.

  • You're not ready to put what you're learning into practice once it gets uncomfortable.

  • Or you're hoping I'll do the work for you. I won't. But I will walk beside you while you do it.

Your Next Move

You're here because some part of you already knows. It knows the life you're living isn't fully yours. It knows the version of you that's been carrying everyone else is running on empty. And it knows that ignoring yourself isn't working anymore, no matter how long you've gotten away with it.

You can keep circling the same decision. Keep waiting for certainty that's never coming. Keep putting yourself at the bottom of your own list.

Or you can finally tell yourself the truth, and see what becomes possible from there.

This is what it feels like to come home to yourself, and never need anyone else's permission to stay there.
